I have a buddy who is a LEO that I want to buy some Oakley M frames for his b-day. It would be fantabulous if I could get the LEO discount for his gift. (I am not a LEO)

Any LEO's here know if that can be done? If not, can I hook him up with something like a gift certificate?

oakley LE/military sales only sells to LE/military personnel(they check) and require a $300 minimum order.
