Does anyone here get a brownells discount?  Its my understanding that business's and LE get a discount on their site.  I'm curious what the Cavalry Arms SST-870 AR stock adapter for the 870 shotgun is going for with discount.  Without its $200.

Brownell's is a very expensive place to purchase stuff. Some items you won't find anywhere else. But for about 80% of their catalog, you can find these items for at least 30% less.

Look around on the web for what you are looking for, I bet you'll get a better deal.

Unless you get the dealer pricing. Which almost anyone can do if you get creative.

As a designated gunsmith, I get dealer pricing at brownells. It is true that their regular prices are full retail and the dealer price is the normal price that everyone else charges. The advantage is they have just about everything under the sun.

You can often find items cheaper if you really do some searching. I use them because they have items that you can't find elswhere(tools, finishes), they almost always have it in stock, and they ship everything on my order for one $7.50 charge.

Without the discount, Brownell's is often higher than some other dealers.  I get the LE discount and have bought from them several times over the years - because - as Imbroglio said "The advantage is they have just about everything under the sun" and, they have always provided me with excellent service.  I like to save money just like everyone else but I am willing to pay more if the service is excellent.  It just isn't worth saving a little buying from some dealer and then being frustrated because of poor customer service if anything is wrong with the order.  I don't buy all of my stuff from Brownell's - if another dealer also has good customer service and is lower in cost than Brownell's, then I go with the lower price.  I have never had a bad experience with Brownell's - if there was a problem with an order they took care of it in a professional manner.
