First time this has ever happened to me.  DAY 1?
























   

























WARNING: Broadband service is not available (Message ID: NAD-2105)



The NETGEAR 6200 modem could not connect to your Broadband service.



This can occur due to emergency network maintenance or other unforeseen temporary service disruptions. The Internet LED light on the front of the system will automatically turn green once the problem has been resolved, typically within a short period.



If this condition persists for more than 15 minutes, please contact the AT&T Help Desk. Customers residing in AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, TN, and SC, please call 1-888-321-2375. Customers residing in all other states, please call 1-877-722-3755.

My best guess is that the NETGEAR 6200 modem could not connect to your Broadband service....but that is just what they want you to think
