It's a little late, there was that hippie College student in the late 60's early 70's that printed out and sold T-shirts with complete blueprints of an A-bomb. I forgot what happened to him, I think freedom of speech came into play since all the relevant info can be found at just about any good college library.

There's not much that's mysterious about an atomic bomb.  Any high schol student could build one.... provided he/she could obtain the proper tools and materials, and there's the rub.

Years ago one of the sci-fi mags, I believe it was Analog, printed instructions for building a cheap, easy terrorist type nuke. Just add plutonium.
