Never done this, here it goes.
Start with some hard boiled eggs...I had four left, so I boiled 4. preheat oven to 375. 
Get out the rest of your ingredients 
Season your pork. 
Next you shell your eggs and roll them real in flour, good coating on them. I didn't take a picture of this as my hands were nasty. Cover your eggs in pork, and then cover them with breadcrumbs. 
Put them in a pan. If you don't have a deep pan, cover with some tinfoil. 
Throw them in the oven for 15/20 min then turn them over. 
Dine like a man
