Just got back from the gym, whipped up a quick breakfast.
Thought I would share. First, you take about a pound of Chicken - I just so happened to have a bunch of breast tenderloins. 
Then, you put them in a pot of boiling water until cooked (not shown, because my stove is filthy - S/O is slacking!). Next, hire a ninja with a sharp, well-honed blade. Add water. 
Have him fuck that shit up. 
While that motherfucker fucks that chicken up, cook some bacon (optional, not shown, see above) Then, enjoy.
