I AM THE LAW !!!!  ETA. Had my buddy at work listen to it. His Portuguese is decent Extrajudicial killing. They suspect it's military or a cop who did it. In the recording he's talking about what scum drug dealers are and discussing which one to shoot |

he will have no problem going down it in his wheel chair though. |

I always wondered why gangs didn't employ marksmen/snipers more often. Guess it's hard to recruit gang members with that sort of discipline. Or it just never occurs to them to try.

I particularly liked this tweet by the Columbian Air Force a bit ago.
Hawker 800, IIRC, with the engine on fire. The Columbians denied any responsibility for the engine fire, or the ensuing crash (which means it was overloaded, no reason to crash with 1 functional engine). They did, however, take credit for the coke aboard. And tweet about it.

I wonder if it was BOPE that took the shot. If you haven't watched the movie Tropa de Elite (Elite Squad) you should and then watch the second movie.
It's a really good movie about the BOPE which is special military police that specializes in urban warfare against drug cartels. It was on Netflix. |
