I store mine wound up like extension cords. My cleaning box has little slots in it kinda like a tackle box and they fit in those nicely.

Hmmmm... I never considered if there were a more efficient way to store the things. I keep mine in small ziplock bags, and just toss them in with all my other cleaning supplies. They're kind of a tough thing to store conveniently.

Coiled, stored in small ziploks with caliber marked using permanent marker. Fits nicely in the tray compartments of my range (recycled tackle) box.

mine are in a tangled mess in the ammo box i use for cleaning supplies. i have no trouble telling the .45 from the .30 from the .22 from the 9mm, and they are not a big deal to unravel. as an aside, to clean them i put them in a coffee can (with lid) full of soapy water. i put the can in the back of my car and drive around for the day, then take them out, rinse and hang to dry.

While we're on the topic of Boresnakes... Who has the best deal on them, preferably online?

And one more question... Are there any venomous boresnakes? [:D]

Fingers: Check out http://www.cheaperthandirt.com. They have good prices and I personally never have difficulty finding other goodies to place in a large order. This will usually save you some money in the long run. -White Horse

I use those plastic soap containers you can buy in the camping department of any drug store. Mark caliber on the lid w/ permanent marker.

It's a good thing that the .22 is colored differently than the 12 gauge. Could be easily confused. Just kidding.
