I like the concept, but these days I do all my reading on iPad. Then i can torrent books to start reading, only buy it if I want to continue reading it and support the author. Got a copy of Lone Survivor in hardback though, if any of you want to read it Wife is trying to convert me to e readers.....I can't do it. I like the feel of a book plus I hate reading on my laptop, much less a tablet

Sometimes though, its nice. I've got like 50 great books stored in less than 20mb of space synced between my iPad and iPhone. Waiting somewhere? 5 minutes of iPhone reading. Downtime at work? Hour of iPad reading. And my current page syncs between devices. How cool is that? Though, I have to say; Reading on a laptop I cant stand. Reading in the iBooks app and being able to change font size and brightness no problem makes it far better than a laptop. Its just for convenience really. Hardback books are still the best. |
