| It has been 5 years and I am getting ready to purchase a new soft body armor system. I currently have a US Armor XP IIIA and overall like it. The carriers that came with it are crap. I have been on all the websites and learned of the FBI body armor test protocol. I was wondering if anyone has any other independent or current body armor testing. I see that there are new materials etc but have always enjoyed the feeling of the woven kevlar and its proven track record. I am open to new suggestons and technology. Any help is appreciated. I am allowed any us armor product, second chance, ABA and point blank, gator hawk or safariland vest from our distributor. |
