I have an LG phone with Verizon service. While driving, I've decided I need one of those geeky BlueTooth handsfree devices. The problem is I'm not sure what's good and what's shit. I've been on the receiving end of some of the shitty ones where I hear myself speaking a second later and it screws me up or they sound like they're in a wind tunnel. I'll spend the extra cash to avoid one of those. Does anyone have a recommendation on a good BlueTooth wireless hands free ear piece? |
| I love the plantronics I bought. It came with 4 or 5 different adaptors to allow you to charge it using the chargers from variouse cell phone manuafacturers, along with it's own charger. It also came with a carging dock that accepts an alkaline battery to charge it if there is no cigarette outlet or wall socket available. If the device is docked when you recive a call, the docking station vibrates in addition to the normal ring tone. It also happens to be the loudest BT headset I have experienced. The moto BT headset I had about a year ago was so quiet I couldn't hear callers over road noise in my car. I had to shut off the A/C just to hear. |
The actual holding onto the phone isn't the dangerous part of DWC (Driving with cellphone It's being distracted by your conversation. |
