Got mine back today and my first thought was, "Oooh...Oooh La La!!!" That is all! |
|
I refuse to trust their work. I sent an AR trigger in and it looks like a dremel tool went crazy on it, sure it feels good but it only has about 50% contact. Same with the PTRtrigger he did on my brothers rifle. Rounded hammer hooks, ect....
I dont think the owner did this job, it looks terrible, perhaps he hired help and they just crank them out. Safety wont engage either. Im sure Ill get slammed for this but its bad work, at least on mine. I just put new parts back into the rifle, and took a loss. ETA, Ill take pics and have my brother host them on photobucket. |

The camera sucks inside so maybe he can get better pics tomorrow but some detail can be seen even though they are blurry. |

On Bill's website he states satisfaction guranteed, did you contact him? Their work on my job makes me not want to deal with their work anymore. I paid for a service, and it turned out BAD. If the worksmanship looked good with just an issue with the safety I would have happily asked for a fix but after I saw what I saw no dice. Ill take it as a loss. I used him because a local smith charges twice what they charge. Now I know why its so cheap. YMMV If people are happy with the work, then its fine, but Im not and I know what good work looks like and this is not it. Perhaps I got a bad one, everyone makes mistakes but I dont give second chances on something like this. |

I cant prove anything, I can take better pics and convey my dealings. Its up to you wether you chose to do business with them. I said Ill get better one when I can. The pics will be sharper/better outside during daylight, not indoor lighting. ETA: Its MY fault for going cheap on a trigger job, so I guess the blame is on me in the end. |

I just got mine back this morning FOR THE SECOND TIME. It still doesn't work. I am not happy. I've tried it in two different lowers. A Stag and a DSA. I'm going to try one more time. Quoted:
My trigger is on it's way back to him. First range outing was giving double taps and triple taps. Called him up took about 10 seconds for him to tell m to mail it back to him. Not happy so far, but I will give him a chance to make it right. I see Im not alone after all. You guys are better men for trying again though. |
