My 14.4 craftsman pro series drill ate the last of the 2 battery packs the other day.
The drill still works great so I'd like to keep it going.

Whats the best place to get these types of things?

I read online a while back that 'batteries plus' would rebuild the battery packs for much cheaper than buying new oem or generic packs..

we have an Interstate All Battery store here that rebuilds all power packs for about 30% less than you pay when you buy a whole new pack from the manufacturer
