I'm trying to design a patch, and I was wondering if you guys knew of a free program to do so. I understand I would need to pay for something if I wanted a crazy design, but that's not reall the case.


Just something simple enough to make words curved. If that makes sense?

Older versions of photoshop are free and legal. Photoshop CS2 I think

Inkscape, never used it (I used Adobe CC) anyhow Inkscape is vector.
