I dont trust maintenance apps. just do it manually yourself, or use the factory option others have suggested.

I've never had that problem.



How are you getting junk on your phone?

As others have said, manually delete or factory reset after backup.

IMO, maintenance programs seem to need just as much fiddling as just doing it manually.

you should have an export option in your contact list. then you can copy it to your computer, along with your pics music etc.

Been trying different physical assessment point and click apps, drug guides, medical reference, conversions, diagnosis guides...  All 'free' all with trash. None of them are any good.
I am going to use a couple of paid apps that our Practicioners/Docs use, $70/yr, no BS...

It's Android... back it up to your Google account. Once you reset it'll download it automatically when you log back in.
