I had the fun of shooting a FAL earlier this week, and now I have the fever.

The fever is bad after spending more that I should at the sunset of the AWB.

What is the best way to track one down?  buy a DSA outright?  Track down a reciver and a parts kit and have one built? (this is the fun of a Ar).

Thanks,

Badredfish - Looking for a cure of the fever.

Seems that if you know what you're doing, you can build a nice FAL for b/w $600-900.. or if you're the type of guy that can screw up a one man parade, DSA isn't a bad option. I like my 18"bbl DSA SA58. I would stay away from some of the cheaper prebuilt FALs and consistency and quality seems to be troublesome...for the scoop on all things FAL, hit falfiles.com... you will find a lot more there.
