I believe most Beretta's passed the safety test.
They are marketing most models in CA with a few exceptions [like the Jetfire 950 (.25cal) is one of them but i'm not sure]. You can find out at: http://caag.state.ca.us/firearms/ |

Hell, some Bryco, Davis and Phoenix guns passed the test. Funny how the morons in sacratomato wrote up the gun "tests" specifically to make these "saturday night specials" fail.
