Double and Full are the same.
I have a Double all to myself (just got out of college), its nice to finally have a bed that I can barely reach the sides when lying in the middle (I admit I have short arms), vs having to roll in place so I dont fall off the damn bed.

S&F pillow top King w/ the low profile boxspring. Gotta go for the low profile boxspring if you're getting a pillow top otherwise you'll need a rope ladder to get into the monster.
