For those rainy afternoons or when you really do not wish to go out and fire your weapon and then clean it again..... I have found the above product great. Actually some FBI field offices are using this item.

BeamHit has a great poduct and NO I am not a dealer. I have mine hooked up to a computer and it records my timing, shot group, and other items crutial to pistol shooting. Oh, yeah they are coming up with the .223 rod for your ARs also.

I have my chief talked into one for the department. We are going to require weekly training on it and it will only take about three or so minutes per offcier. The system can exagerate different distances for you and can get sillohette targets and such. The only draw back is no felt recoil.

The basic package with one rod (.45ACP) and no computer hook up was $175.00, when I added the computer compatibility package, and a 9mm rod, and the sillohette targets I added another $230.00 (that including shipping). So for $400.00 I can fire everything, except my 223 on it and it will be out in about two weeks...about 25.00.

That's a reasonable price.  When the money is there I might get one for myself.
