I'm trying to create a zipped file that I can email to my relatives that they can open and it would set-up Hamachi and UltraVNC on their PC's so I can proxy and assist them with their problems.  Right now, I have to email them the .exe files and walk them through the set-up processes for the applications over the phone - which can take a lot of time and patience, since some of them are older and not too computer literate.  Would I have to create a "batch file" or is there another option?  I was hoping to be able to include the settings so they would not have to type the network names and passwords.  I am self-taught in most that I do - computer wise, that is.  Is this doable or am I asking too much?  Thanks for any advice.

If it's a command line or has the option for command line install, a batch file is a pretty easy way to go.  I take it that you know copy con or rename a txt file to bat.

Look at the install package, there might be setup/ini file that will let you add option.

you could use something like MSN Messenger's "request assistance". Much easier.
