What is a good back up program for the computer? I have used Acronis in the past, but wanted to check for others.

I use a combination of Norton Ghost and Vice Versa: I ghost my SSD to my RAID at 1AM daily, then Vice Versa mirrors the important parts of the RAID to an external USB drive at 3AM daily.

I would recommend Crashplan. Free to local or networked drives, just costs if you want to use the cloud backup.

If you want to bother with system images too just use the built in Win7 tool.
