Just because you don't like a person, does not make it OK to charge them with ridiculous BS. The point of that charge is to set a precedent. If it's allowed to stand, they will start charging enthusiasts and law abiding citizens with the same shit.

Lol....no...
So do a home invasion, get caught with a SBR in the eyes of the atf and state cops, and maybe a pound of weed and all they get are some state charges that will get pleaded down to 3 months. No nfa charges, no felony weed charges, Not really seeing any real reason to do any new form 1's |
