The bolt face logo that I ordered had no adhesive on either side....Am I doing it wrong?

There was a notice posted on another board(team iirc) that there was a mistake and some BFLs were printed on cling vinyl instead of decal vinyl. It was one specific size of white that was mentioned, but I don't remember the size.
