I had tried to change mine and got a similar same problem, until I was browsing from a different computer and noticed my avatar was changed. Went back to the first computer and it was still showing the old one, so I cleared the browser cache and voila, it changed to the new one.
Don't know if that is the same problem or not, but it was interesting. |

If you uploaded it successfully, then the problem is cookies in your computer. Hold down the CTRL button and hit F5. That will clear the cookies.
I suspect it wasn't uploaded successfully though, as I'm seeing the site's generic. If you need help go into the Team forum and post a thread, as we have many highly skilled Team members willing to assist. Welcome to the Team!
