A fellow team member just made a new avatar for me. It's 175 x 95 and about half the 20K file limit. For whatever reason I can not upload it. Any suggestions?

Your avatar is of a guy with a colander on his head.
Anything else is a caching issue.
CTRL F5 to force refresh the page will force your browser to download the page and not use what it has stored on your pc.

It was a delayed action. The colander guy is the new one. Cool!
