Everytime I login at work, I have to re-login. Then when I come home, it breaks my cookie somehow, and I have to re-login at home! If I never log in at work, I stay logged in at home, and dont have to re-login. It didn't used to be this way. Is there any fix? |

Not a problem. It's by design. From Goatboy: "Just a heads up for some people... If you access the site (ie log in) from different pcs, you will need to log in each time you change locations. This happens because of the increased security on the accounts. Basicaly you're assigned a unique KEY for the autologin (thus no password stored in cookie on your pc!) every 15-20 minutes a new KEY is assigned. If you log into another machine, it will assign you a new KEY and store it on that machine, so when you return to the previous machine, you will need to log in! Does this explain it for some of you? I can make it less "anal" about security if nobody cares, I just thought that was a nicer way to do things." http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=160001 |
