Do you have leftover turkey?

Turkey ala king over buttermilk biscuits is my favorite. Buy a couple cans of mixed vegetables, a can of condensed cream of chicken soup and a can of biscuits and you're good to go.

Eggs, hashbrowns, yellow onion, can of favorite no-bean chili, sharp chedder, jalapenos, black coffee.

Fry eggs, lay on bed of fried hash browns, smother in chili, shredded cheese on top with diced onion and peppers. Drink with black coffee.

Never a wrong time for breakfast.

1. Pork loin with an apple stuffing and a pork/vegetable stock gravy.
2. Grilled catfish fillets with a spicy cilantro coleslaw and avocados wrapped in corn tortillas.
3. Pot roast over a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and steamed carrots.

For starters...

First post and all of that. Now, how does this sound. Steak, wild rice, salad, do I need another side?

Roasted red skin potatoes would work with that.

That's probably tomorrow night. I have a casserole recipe where you mix up your meat, get it bubbly, transfer to a glass pan, cover with cheddar cheese, and put a top layer of cornbread mix on top. It's rather delicious.

7 lb ribeye and some fresh horse radish root. Roast, slice, slather with horse radish, win.
