The only facts so far.

J. Beck and J. Kuredjian killed in the shootout.

Beck's house burst into flames shortly after the introduction of tear gas and flash bang projectiles.

The water could reach Beck's house from a safe distance and ff's were in fact spraying his roof in the beginning but were later diverted as the flames got bigger to the neighboring houses.

Only one firearm so far has been displayed in the news, a bolt action rifle with scope, foregrip and stock missing. There was a close up of the charred rifle on the news, these pics are coming soon I guess. It looks like a Rem 700 VS or Win 70 synth. Hard to tell from these pics.

Neighboring houses have multiple gunshot holes in their front facing walls. Beck never left his house, so obviously, these came from the ATF or Deputies.

There were hundreds of shell casings on the street and sidewalk in front of Beck's house. Again, they did not come from Beck.

Now, for "reported" facts.

The Sheriff's department claim that they were serving a warrant for illegal firearms and impersonating an officer. This story has been changing from the very start. From stock piling weapons, to a stolen Harley Davidson, to threatening some of the neighborhood kids, etc.

Yet another reason to show the actual warrant on camera before they "fill in the blanks".

Apparently, he didn't have a job and his parents paid for his upscale and very expensive house.
Beck supposedly has a long rap sheet for various crimes.
It started with felony burglary, now it is up to impersonating a police officer, possession of illegal firearms, receiving stolen property, illegal use of another persons credit card. On and on and on.

It is unknown who shot Deputy Kuredjian. The Sheriffs' Dept claim that the shot came from above. With hundreds of bullets fired by the ATF, we may never know for sure. It could have been a ricochet or Beck or a LEO stray shot. Until they recover the bullet from Kuredjians body, no one can say for sure.
