20 years for graffiti? No. For trying to inspire riots, the destruction of property, physical violence and looting. For trying to shift the political dialogue and impose on the FREE SPEECH RIGHTS OF OTHERS through less than honest "debate". This assumes that he was expecting "some white guy" to get the blame- which is a frequent tactic of the Left as others have already pointed out. Of course the goofy fucker may just personally hate Jews given his apparent ethnic background. If that is the case, then it's probably "free speech" and not subject to penalty beyond the graffiti charge in my opinion. I don't believe in "hate speech" laws. I do believe that incitement to violence by Scapegoating though is a different matter and if that was his goal, it should be charged with a stiff penalty. |
