Moral of the story: there's no punishment for this type of thing and the entire system supports it. Avoid police at all costs. Perhaps the better question is why anyone would give any weight to the road-side hokey pokey. Come with actual evidence (not some rando interpretation of Simon says), or we can just cut the whole thing short and let the citizen go on his way. |

Here's the thing... he either a) planted the bag of crack cocaine; or b) committed perjury when he claimed (testified at Amanda's criminal trial) that he vacuumed out the rear of his cruiser and knew for a fact that no drugs were there prior to Amanda being placed there. Either way he fabricated evidence in an attempt to send an innocent woman to prison. The official narrative pretends like none of this happened, and he was never prosecuted. |

At this point in time its hard to have any respect for law enforcement. It took 3 fucking years for the Arkansas State Police Commission on Law Enforcement and Training (CLEST) to vote to decertify Morphis. At his hearing, Morphis continued to speculate the drugs could have belonged to a previous suspect in his car But here's the real kick in the ass, before the vote, CLEST member James Montgomery said he didn't think the drugs were planted, but the fact that Prince thinks they were was bad for the state police’s reputation. WTF! |
