Do you insist on stamps that kick ass?

Are there stamps that you'd rather lick someones asshole before you'd lick the stamp?

Do you, or have you used "cute" stamps?

Or do you just use the generic send it as long as it gets there stamp?

Do you even really care?

Other than the usual American flag stamps, I like the military and aviation subjects.

I'll use up my supply of 37¢ flag stamps with their 2¢ supplements before I get any of the new 39¢ stamps.

I buy the smallest pack of stamps they sell, and I still can't use them all up before they up the postage rate again.  So no, I'm not picky at all about stamps.

I don't care but I hate standing in line behind grandma who takes 5 minutes to figure out which stamp she wants to put on each letter.

Gee, I thought the American Flag and Lady Liberty were "kick ass".  So I would say "yes" I insist on "kick ass" stamps.

Usually flag stamps. Never the love ones, won't take them. I don't love any of the bastages I'm sending mail to.  What I'd really like to see is a FOAD stamp.

Anything that is businesslike and patriotic.  I refuse to accept anything seasonal or cutesy, and lets not EVEN get in to the RoP or various "minority" commemoratives.

I'll never forget the time one January the postal clerk was trying to talk me into taking the leftover Madonna and Child Christmas stampsin lieu of the sold-out  standard "flags".  I finally drew up to my full diminuative height and announced that "I do NOT observe Christmas, but I DO honor our nation's flag!"(no I'm not Jewish, just Deitistical)

The clerk's jaw dropped because I reckon she figured all women were ga-ga over Christmas, or at least saccharin 'fine art' paintings of 'mother and child'.  She was lost for words, said no more, but I DID(!) get my flag stamps, even though she had told me right off the bat that they were "out" of them

I have a negative quantity of respect for the USPS, and use Fedex or UPS every chance that I can reasonably do so.

Since I mail quite a few letters evry month, I buy the bulk 100ct. rolls which are usually the US Flag. I still have quite a few $.37 stamps left so i'll be doing the .02+.37 combo for a while.

Sometimes I like to mess with the USPS and use an old .20/.23/.29 cent stamp and a bunch of other small denomination stamps to add up to the .37/.39. The envelope is all covered in stamps!
