For suporting Glock? I have nothing against Glocks but he just seems like if he had to be a spokesman he should be behind Kimber or something like that that are all American (yes I know Kimber has Aussie background) but a company that sells an American product and not just a product to Americans.

If anything, it ought to be Springfield Armory, since they produce the M1A/M14 that were so prominently displayed in the movie......

He is supporting the Americans who sell the pistols and the thousands who design, manufacture, and sell the ammo, holsters, hats, T-shirts, and innumerable gewgaws and gimcracks that hang on or celebrate the pistols. International trade is as American as the RKBA.

I am willing to bet he took the first offer that came to his door and you would do the same.

Why should he not represent Glock?  It is a solid product that goes bang every time.

Not in the least bit. I'm not a huge fan of Glock, but still, he's a good guy. If that's what he wants . . .

I like Pie just fine...What does that have to do with the "This question is dumb" option?

Make it 3 votes for dumb question option. Wife agrees

I talked to him about this at a trade show.  He got a little red faced.  Said it was the 1st time he'd kissed a man, but they paid him a LOT of money.

ALso said Jack Black wasn't a good kisser.

Good thing Gunny doesn't swing the other way, or your line of questioning might have seemed like a fishing expedition.

His personal choice.

Now if he started pitching Hi-Points or Lorcins, I think an intervention would be in order.

Gunny and Glock donate to the Navy/Marine Corps Relief fund.
Glock gave the Gunny a check for $100,000 which was donated to the Navy Releif and the Young Marines.

How much money did Springfield give to Navy Relief?

Bash Glock all you want, but     you for bashing someone (and something) who donates to the Navy/Marine Corps Relief Society.

I am not pro-SA or anti-Glock. I just think that Glock doesnt fit with the Gunnys image, just an observation not a profound statement. If you think this is the dumbest thread ever, stop reading it.

If he truly supports Glock because its a product that he personally likes, then thats his call. If he went with the highest bidder...well, you have to pay the bills, but he shouldn't sell out.
