Should I buy a bottle to try it? It's $50. Around here, a shot in a bar is gonna run me $10 and I hate to waste that kind of money on one ounce of booze.
Normally a Laphroaig drinker.

Ten year Ardbeg is a great scotch for the loot......
It is the real deal, you had better like scotch to drink it. It is by no means training wheels.

Concur.
I like Laphroaig and Ardbeg is good, too.
Wake me up when it's all over, when I'm wiser and I'm older.
All this time I was finding myself, and I didn't know I was lost.

If you can find a bottle, Ardbeg Galileo is profound. Don't know much about this Ardberg you mentioned.

It's the 10yr unchillfiltered. Citrus and seaweed. Meh.
I'll take it to the Christmas party at the office next week and the drunks will have a field day on it. Oh well.
