GDs favorite Instagram person Lucas at T Rex Arms seems to be having issues with barrels bending and not returning to center. He had on his stories some others send in videos as well.

Wasn’t there a thread about sig being the best manufacturer or something this week?

Hopefully sig can (once again) get some QC squared on their lines.

My Glock barrel must be bent too because it shoots low and left a lot.

It's the rail shifting. I think Arisaka makes a clamp or something for it. Which shouldn't be needed in the first place but that's what's going on.

Everyone I know who has purchased anything with a Sig name on it has been bent out of shape with their purchase decision.

Go with HK and LaRue. Their prices will stick it to you but you will never had a ND if they drop the price on you.

I think it's the rail, not the barrel. In his video you can see when he grabs the barrel and pulls it toward the rail and it just flexes easily, so either he's very strong, or his rail is not attached correctly. I have several guns with rails and none of them do that.

He bridged the rail and receiver with a riser rail to rule that out.

Crazy that even with a barrel made from an overcooked rigatoni noodle it’s still more accurate, reliable and better gassed than a KAC SR-15.

If it is the barrel, LOL. If it's the handguard, why install another clamp when the handguard already should be clamping in the first place?

SIG is really breaking all the rules here, no wonder they are on top. They've shown that cases can successfully be made of two parts, the rules of physics and chamber pressures don't matter, barrels should bend, and guns should fire themselves. Not only that, but they're stimulating the international economy through Indian commerce as well as defending our homeland through their defense contracts. What a great company.

Every c-clamp style hand guard  I’ve own could be shifted like that. With faxon being the worst.
He’s definitely not bending the barrel. It’s either shifting the rail even though it’s clamped to the receiver with a riser, or the barrel extension it shifting in the upper.

Incorrect. It's the QC barrel system being "loose".

Exactly, NOT a bend, a SHIFT in position.

Get a G rail and bend them in the same direction, it'll look straight.
