Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone use the Weather & Toggle widget?

Just downloaded for my Samsung Galaxy. It says the new skins I download for it didn't install, but when I go to my screen where the widget is enabled, one digit on my clock will be the old skin, and the other one will be the newer skin. I can't change it for some reason. Any ideas?
