Found an edition of a book I have with a specific cover that I've been looking for, but it's only listed on amazon.de, the German site.  I've ordered a couple used books from UK sellers before and it just went through like a normal transaction (was on the US site though, UK-based reseller).  Anything specific I'd need to do (other than translate the page to make sure I hit the right buttons) to order from there?  Prices are all in EU, and since I can't read German, I'm not sure how shipping would work.
