So, I'm here in California, San Diego to be exact.  I just got back from my first Pat Green concert, and I have to say........WOW!!!  It is the best concert I have been to in years.  He played in a relatively small venue, the Belly Up here in San Diego.  He was absolutely amazing in concert, I was seriously impressed.  I have to say that he is the best artist I have ever heard in concert, and am pretty stoked that I got to see him.  Anyway, have a great night guys!

Haven't seen him, but I would like to. I went to a Keith Urban concert a couple months ago and that was awesome. The amount of pretty girls at a country concert is staggering! (I just recently started getting into country about 8 months ago).

Yeah Pat Green is great, along with Robert Earl Keen and Cory Morrow.  Texas country rocks!

A friend of mine used to hang out with Pat Green and Cory Morrow.  I got to meet Pat once.  He's a really nice guy.  Good TEXAS country too :)

Isn't that an oxymoron?

Pat is pretty good.

There is a "Newcomer" I think is pretty good is Joe Nichols.

He's a local guy for me (Austin, TX.. just listen to 'Southbound 35'), but I still haven't seen him.  From his videos, yeah, there are TONS of fine women at his concerts.

He's NOT 'country'... he's 'Texas'.   Kinda a mix of country, blues, rock with a definite Texas flavor.

He played at OU several times.  He is great.  His new "Nashville" stuff kinda blows.  I'm a big Jason Bowland fan.

I have seen himn live three times. All were a lot of fun.  hje is getting mainstream.

I still prefer Charlie and Bruce Robison over him.  Charlie Robison is married to a chixie Dick.  Bruce is married to Kelly Willis.  I saw Charlie and Bruce R. in a small venue, the Mucky Duck, without their bands two years ago and it was, without a doubt, the best conert I have ever been to!

I also got to see Robert Earl Keen and that was a good concert.

Check out Jason Boland and the Stragglers for some fun music.
