There's a difference between flying, and flying IN, an aircraft. I was in Slovakia. They took the rear doors off, and we jumped out the back at 700m. That jump didn't turn out too well.
I will have to wait until I get home, as the pix are on my other PC. Cambodia uses them, as well, though theirs are in even worse shape than the UN birds. Now, back to GHOST RIDER IN THE SKY!!!

Are these personally owned helmet or issued equipment? Do they offer any ballistic protection? I imagine with the internal comm equipment they are pricey (edit: looks like they go for about $1000 w/o the face shield). It would be a shame if they are issue items which have to be turned in and repainted flat OD. I figure the career aviators and air crew probably buy their own.
