Personally, after having worked with both, I prefer my Hueys.

Aviator--
I have MANY hours of seat time in our Pavehawks, but I never got the chance to get any time on a Huey, our unit switched out a few years before, transitioned to H3's then to the Pavehawks.. you live in Vancouver don't you?? you probably see our birds flying around from time to time..

Troy--
Back in the day... they were lawndarts, due to the stab coming down at speed.... OOHHHHH. today they are reliable, low maintenance (FOR A HELICOPTER), good flying aircraft..

Yeah, I am in Vancouver. I was working out of Ft Lewis doing the Hawk thing, but transferred last month back to St Paul, MN to the Huey unit. Maybe we can hook up and I'll hitch a ride with you guys some night. You do AFTPs nights during the week?

Nice, I just built up a pre ban with an M4 upper. Need to go shoot it also. Where do you shoot? I go out to Clark Rifles near Battle Ground, or out to the National Forest.
