Was rummaging through a box last weekend and found it.  It's the old comic book style "The M16A1 Rifle: Operation and Preventive Mainteneance" pamplet.  It's dated June 28, 1968.  This thing is very politically uncorrect.  The main character is a cutie in tight slacks.  Also has a couple of appearances by "Charlie" speaking in broken english and transposing his Rs and Ls.  I don't even remember where I got it.

Mine is dated 1Jul69.  I don't know what exactly was revised, but does your's have a section on the XM-177 "Shorty"?  It is strictly un-PC and a great piece of history.

Another great one is DA PAM 23-2, "Hits Count".  This is THE definative military manual on how to shoot.

DocZox sent me one a while back, so I have one including the xm177 part.

It is viewable and downloadable at my website

Keep in mind that I scanned it optimized for printing so it's a large file. Adobe Acrobat needed. Also it's on a slow server so it might test your patience a bit.
