My son has a 10 Month old jack Russell mix.   Got her at 8 weeks has all shots. Spends most of her time indoors except when she goes out or has her daily exercise.  She has been the most active dog I have ever seen.
My son and his wife went out to dinner on Saturday and left the dog inside. She was fine when they left. When they returned the dog had thrown up multiple times and was having trouble breathing.  They went to the emergency animal clinic and they did X-rays and blood tests. They think the dog has a respiratory infection. Would this affect the dog so quickly? I think she may have eaten something toxic.
