Use a dial back timing light and you can check it yourself at specific RPM ranges.
Why are you swapping the whole unit instead of changing springs? You do know you can buy a spring kit that does the same thing right? |

If not these guys are local to me and they do great work if you need a shop. |

Distributor Machine, although no CPU interface.
The last time I've seen one was in the 90's.

You can use a timing tape, a timing light and a hand held tach to do it if you don't want to send the dizzy off to the above shop.
