I think Clear is throttling me. I called them and they said they're not, but that's like asking asking a criminal if he did it.

Cant measure it here at work.. Our bandwidth is pretty much unmeasureable since we have our own telecom and fiber network.

About 3 weeks ago I went to Comcast bitching that I wanted a new modem. The one I had did not support DOCIS 3 or IPV6.
I walked out of their office with a new modem that DOES support DOCIS 3, but still no IPV6. They told me my area MIGHT start getting IPV6 compliant modems in 6 to 8 months
