Ok, let's see some real dogs! You know, not those ankle biters that you have to watch so they don't get caught in a mousetrap.

Here is a start, with the latest pictures of my Shiloh Shepherd. 170 pounds, and he will be five next month. You can probably see why other people have bought Shilohs after seeing him.

I would suggest two things. 1) More pictures in the woods and 2) Zoom in a little closer so we can so those beauties better. Nice looking dogs.

I just bought a 7 week old black lab yesterday. I need to find a way to post pics. I usually use Hunt101 but it is not working for me right now.

One was an ankle biter but it is only temporary as he was about 10 weeks in that picture.  Both came from animal rescues.

Nice dogs!

Man I do have a soft spot for dogs.

I'm glad to see so many of the "real" dogs and less of the Paris Hilton 'pillow' dogs!

Hey thats my dog

Heres Boomer when he was 5 months old, he is now 1.5 years old and weighs 93lbs. Kinda big for a Weim. Thought after getting fixed he might calm down, like the first one we had (RIP) but not yet.

Here he was at 6 weeks

My dog, Sandi.

My girlfriend's dog (which stays at her parents' house), Chiquita. She's the cutest thing ever! lol. She's about the size of my shoe (I wear size 12).

I don't have any pics of my other dog, Abby. My mother and I found her walking on the side of the road out in the countryside one day so we picked her up. After two weeks of posting signs and asking around, noone claimed her so we kept her.

I have been a Miniature Schnauzer owner 3x over and am partial to them, but this MinPin is incredibly smart, fiercely loyal, and has been 'my girl' for the past 6 years.

Here's our dog "Boots"...

Pure German Shepherd.

8 months old now and getting huge. I haven't had him to the vet recently, so I don't know what he weighs right now. If I had to guess, I'd say he is around 100 or so already. He is 'gonna be a BIG boy when he finishes growing. He doesn't have those wimpy girly feet and skinny legs like most Sheps I've seen. He's built like a bulldozer and has paws like a bear.

Is that a Coney Island Whitefish he's got in the second pic?

Seriously, nice looking dog.  Reminds me of the Shepherd my uncle had when I was small.

He's always grabbing stuff to play with...  just so happens he grabbed one of my kids' socks before going outside.

He's big as a full grown Shep, but still ALL puppy inside.

I can't wait 'till he grows up a little and settles down. He's quite a handfull sometimes.

He's got our whole backyard destroyed already. He digs worse than a family of gophers, and shits like a horse.

I don't dare walk into the yard when it's dark outside.

We got him from a breeder here in PA.

They showed us both parents before we bought him... they were both pretty large dogs too...  This one was the largest of the litter we saw.

I'll hafta see if I can find some puppy pics of him...  he was all teddy bear when we got him.

EDIT TO ADD Puppy pics...
Here he is from the day we looked at him(top), till a week ago...(bottom)

Don't worry. Shilohs eventually grow up and you won't have to worry about him being so little anymore. You may even find that people say "Holy Shit! A medium-sized dog!"
