Something to think about on your way out of the office on a Friday. All those gun haters out there would have you belive that an armed society would be extremely dangerous. Ever notice how polite everybody is at the shooting range? Ever been threatned, robbed, etc. at the shooting range? Anybody you know ever been RAPED or KILLED at the shooting range? Hmmmmmmmm

A BIG AMEN. I treat everyone I meet as an armed citizen, except when I am on AR15.Com[smoke]

Me too But I also have to agree with Chaingun, I would sooner trust a 12 or 13 year old kid with being armed than some of the more strident adult anti's.

Hitler said an armed Society was a dangerous society... We all know how that turned out

Why are people so courteous to police officers but make fun of rent-a-cop security guards. Imagine how nice commuters would be to each other. No more road rage. No more shopping cart dings. People would bring their carts back to the corral. Young boys will help old ladies cross the street again, especially the ones packing a H&K P7 in a open holster. This quote I believe is attributed to Robert Heinlein, one of the greatest science fiction writers of all time. Read "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress". Speaking of pro-gun science fiction writers and armed politeness, read L. Neil Smith's "Pallas". It is about an asteroid colony where everyone (except the rival socialist dump) is armed. Yeh, we can dream. Regards, SOL
