Geocached in 6 states. Doubled up PVC pipes, sealed up and buried vertically a minimum of 5 feet below ground.
Over 5 million rounds of .22lr, 9mm, .45 acp, 7.62x39, 5.45x39, .223 and .308 in 100 locations. It's what I do on vacation. Take out the RV, a shovel, and a bunch of ammo. I buy the pipes and supplies along the way. If I stop at a gun store or walmart and see they have ammo at a good price, I'll buy it all up and bury it along the way. No, not really.

Combination of the above. I have a battle load of mags for each go to rifle (if I had any rifles) ready to go. 1 bandoleer of strippered ammo for each, and a metric buttload more in their original boxes, in waterproof ammo cans with dessicant in them.

9 fully loaded mags in my gun case (pelician case) and all boxed ammo just stacked in the closet!(atleast fo my AR)

20 loaded thirtys for ars
10 loaded g17 mags for 17s 19s & 26 10 loaded 47d mags for government & commander 5 loaded g22 mags for g35 over 8600 boxed rounds in ammo cans of 5.56, 9mm, .45, & .40. kept in closet. |

I do a combination of all. I have quite a bit on strippers sealed in plastic Vietnam era mag sleeves in bandoleers. It is all in mags, 50 cal cans, or sardine cans. I like to have the cans of bandoleers handy for a super quick BO.

fuck me. i'm down to 90rds of 9mm (not counting carry ammo) and 80 rds of .223 (wolf no less)
i have about 400rds of social 5.56, and that's IT! i sure hope the illegals don't come calling in any great numbers any time soon |
