Having problems qualifying, look at the bottom of this post. I've been having fun with this game. Like others have posted, you need to have a current game friendly computer, which is standard with new games. Running it on a AMD XP 1700+, 768 megs of RAM, and a GeForce 3 (original 3) video card at 1600x1200 on max settings. The screen shots they show you on the pages do not do this game justice. Man, the BDUs, weapons, and sound effects are great. Really like attacking the Terrorist training camp in the desert at night or crossing the bridge while RPKs and AK-47s are blasting away at you. Like the tracers coming at you through the mist A neat thing about this game is the Assault and Defending teams each are played as US Army soldiers when you are on that team. The opposing team is seen and heard as terrorists, including weapons. So you simulate, as a US Army soldier, both attacking and defending on the same map. I don't think the Army wanted people to see themselves playing as terrorists per say...So the opposing team is always a terrorist group, not US Army soldiers. If you are having problems qualifying, here is a tip. Uninstall the game and find the original version 1.0.0. Qualify with this version all the way up till MOUT McKenna. To go online for multiplayer, you will need the latest version. Now upgrade to 1.0.1b and have fun. Yes, the authentication severs have been down and there are a few bugs, but for a free game based on the Unreal engine, it's a lot of fun. The 6-7 million would have been spent anyway and it's already paid for for several years worth of updates.
