Good lord 10 months

High-stress? Low-stress?

I think it'll be pretty low stress, my friend graduated in February and said it wasn't bad. There's just a lot of running and pushups... and yelling.

Is yours live-in or just a classroom setting? Ours is classroom setting, so it shouldn't be too bad. I would go to the FHP academy, but there was some reason I couldn't (wasn't eligible or something, I think, it's been a while since I looked)... It's a shame cause apparently they pay ya about $2600 a month while you're there.

Yep, that would explain why yours is shorter. We only go 5-10pm Monday through Thursday, with Saturdays as range days (first 10 weekends) and one full weekend on the driving range (11th weekend).

It'll allow me to work, which I consider very good. Problem is, I may never have an actual DAY off. Oh well.

I'm going 6-10 Mon-Fri, and starting yesterday, 8-5 on Saturdays. I don't know what a day off is like. I've been doing this since first week of February.

I see those FHP guys every evening, and they got a full 6 months, but they live there during the week and go home on weekends.

Fuck you. I've got 24 weeks.

We doing defesive tactics, and since the lead instructor knows me, I've become to practice dummy. Even my fucking hair hurts.

Yeah, but a takedown a wristlock to having your face planted into the mat is more painful.

I'm pretty sure I stood up looking like this.

So do they expect you to automatically submit like a good little bitch, or can you try and get out of it and run away?

I'm sure the latter would result in a painful face-smashing on the floor, or 100 extra push-ups though...

Up to now, it's been assumed you will be compliant for the takedown. We trade between being bad guys and cops. Lead instructor told us tonight, "You can try to break bad if you want, but if you start assing up, I'm going to instruct my officers to fuck you up in ways you don't want to think about." I'm not going for that medal.

I have 20 days left...in refresher.. yall never run in the heat until its 93 with 100% humidity.. we got bamboozooled thursday.. right after lunch the LT said, grab your gear time to run.. luckly i knew from 10 years ago not to eat a heavy lunch, some came back after eating wendy's and jack in the crack.... personally i had tuna and crackers.

I don't know how the guys here go eat Wendy's, Burger King, etc. in the 20 minutes they have for lunch, every night. That's like $30 a week just on fast food for dinner, it tastes like shit and it's not good for you at all. I think they do their daily PT before dinner break though.

I'm packing my dinner or eating before class. No point in spending money and getting fatter by eating that shit anymore

24 hours a day 5 days a week for 18 weeks is plenty enough for me!
