Monday night I was in and browsing the forums. Tuesday morning I go in to send an IM to a user,and post something for him and I can't login. Now I know my account details, without question. I decided to try and get my password reset, and it tells me the address is invalid. I changed ISPs a few weeks priod, and I know I updated it. However, just for S&G I tried the old one, which also did not exist. The only email address I can find to contact is [email protected], I send a quick summary yesterday morning. I understand people are busy, but it looks as though my account was deleted. Today I went back through my PayPal history, and found the webmaster email address ,and forwarded yesterdays request to it. Today, I decided to setup this account, to try and get some better help. My old UID was Chad504. I don't post too often, and never anything close to violating the CoC, so I'm at a loss. I hope the Mods don't take offense to my attempts to resolve this "from multiple directions, but I really want to post a thankyou to a fellow teammember, and had another member awaiting some photos, from a WTB post. If you IM Striker with this account and explain the situation he can tell you your present password. That will allow you to access your account and correct the e-mail addy. Be sure to tell him to NOT reset your password, as that is the standard procedure--make it clear you need to know your present password. . |
