What goals have you accomplished lately? Big or small, short term or long term, doesn't matter.

I wanted to squat 375x4 today, I did that and then went 385x4. Just building up the foward momentum.

Nice job on the squats.

For me:  mid-term - cut Monument Ave 10K from 47:28 (last year) to sub 45:00 this year.  Ran 43:23.

Pulled a 455# deadlift a few weeks ago.

I am back under 200#s and have kept most of my strength.

Running is starting to suck less.

I've been working out for over a year , my main goal was to stick with it. I really enjoy working out and I really think I am going to be able to continue on with this lifestyle. I have other goals but I was in such horrible shape before its probably gonna be a good while before I achieve them.

Last year I got 2nd place (in my category) in a road race.  I'm going for 1st place in the same race this year.

I'd also like to lose 10-15 pounds, but my body's fighting me all the way there.

Dropped from 260# to 200#

I wasn't really focused on the task until the last 30 pounds, and wouldn't you know it, that 30 melted away quickly.

I started P90X on Thanksgiving at 174 with a goal of 155.  With the holidays and being out of town for nearly three weeks, it was basically a false start but I still weighed in at 171 after the holidays so I think losing 3 lbs is a lot more than most people can say.

I started over on New Years Eve and I just weighed in at 156 after finishing P90X, so I only missed my goal by one pound.  So close, but... happy hour will do that.  I'm pretty happy with how much better my clothes fit and how much more fit I am.

Round two starts soon!

My goal every year is to do my age in strict, military PT pushups in 90 seconds on my birthday.

When I turned 66 last February, I did 68 in 60 seconds and 82 in 90 seconds, so I’m ahead of the game.

I had three physical agility tests for law enforcement jobs, that I wanted to do well in.  When I started training I was passing the standards ok.  I just took the last one saturday. I did really well. I blew the minimums out of the water, and was smoking fast on my 300 meter run and mile and a half.  Doesn't seem like much, but I was pretty happy about it.  After being lazy for a few years and never really working out or caring what I ate I wasn't in the best of shape.  I've been hitting it hard for about five months now, and I feel great.  I dropped about nine pounds, but now I am putting it back on in muscle.  I love to workout, and am very excited to keep going and see where I end up!

Being able to squat 500+ and deadlifting 600+ after my second ACL surgery. Biggest accomplishment in weightlifting for me...

Finished first 1/2 ironman last year. Planning 2 more this year, with a goal <6 hours. Training for full one, hopefully for 2013.

Lost 30 lbs in the process and was taken off my hypertensive meds.

That is awesome, sir. Most people I've met that had knee surgery are too scared to go heavy again after the first injury.
